Regular team training meetings and individual support assures each employee has the necessary equipment and knowledge to complete his work safely.

Continuous education of all employees is a requirement for employment at Central Electric. We actively encourage the efforts of our employees to improve their abilities to better serve our customers through new ideas and expanded knowledge from classes and training seminars. Each employee is required to successfully complete a minimum of 8 credit hours of formal education each year.
